£1,000 guarantee

The £1,000 guarantee only applies to the Ultion® high security snap-safe locks we supply and fit and is provided by the manufacturer, Ultion®. Mersey Locksmiths are in no way associated with this guarantee and all queries and claims should be made direct to Ultion®.

About the guarantee

If a burglary takes place by snapping your Ultion® locks within 5 years of them being fitted, Ultion® will pay you £1,000. You must activate your guarantee within 28 days of your locks being fitted, otherwise you won't be eligible for the cover.

Making a claim

All claims must go direct through Ultion® - please do not contact Mersey Locksmiths to either make a claim or ask for an update on your claim as we do not have access to this information. Claims must be made within 14 days of a burglary by lock snapping.

Important info

You should only ever use genuine Ultion® keys in your Ultion® snap-safe locks. You can stop others from copying your keys without your permission when you activate Key Control for free.
